Request for authorisation for interventions in Provincial Nature Reserves

There are 46 Provincial Reserves in Trentino.

The establishment resolution (supplemented by any amending resolution) of each Provincial Nature Reserve provides for specific protection constraints. In order to carry out certain activities within the Reserve, which are in any case compatible with the purposes of the sector regulations, it is necessary to obtain authorisation from the Biodiversity and Natura 2000 Network Office, which is part of the Sustainable Development and Protected Areas Service.

Planners, municipal administrations, land and property owners, ASUCs, etc.

Access to the service is through the transmission via PEC of a formal note through which a request is made for authorisation to implement an initiative/activity/project/plan directly affecting the area classified as a provincial nature reserve. In the note it is necessary to illustrate the initiative in detail, also through the transmission of any project attachments.
