Request equipment and goods on loan

With resolution no. 3257 of 19 December 2008, the Provincial Council approved, pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 7 bis, of Provincial Law no. 19 of 31 August 1987, as amended and supplemented the criteria and modalities for the cession on gratuitous loan, to the subjects of the provincial public system referred to in Article 28 of the provincial law of 16 June 2006, no. 3 and to other public or private non-profit subjects, of the movable goods and equipment in the warehouses of the Service responsible for risk prevention, for needs other than those of the civil protection in order to allow the fulfilment of the requests of the organisations interested in using the movable goods and equipment when temporarily not used for the priority needs of the institute.

With an annual determination, the manager of the Risk Prevention Service establishes a programme of loaned assets according to the criteria set out in the GP resolution no. 3257 of 19 December 2008.
