Request 'Family Friendly Municipality - Family in Italy' certification

The territorial certification 'Family Friendly Municipality' is a voluntary process addressed to Italian municipalities that intend to promote, enhance and implement family-oriented policies and services.

The 'Family Friendly Municipality' must meet requirements that specifically concern: planning and monitoring, family services, tariffs, environment and quality of life, and communication.

Municipalities or unions of municipalities with registered offices in the regions of the national territory that have collaboration agreements in place with the Autonomous Province of Trento pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 2b of Provincial Law 1/2011 (as of today the Apulia Region, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Veneto, Umbria)

To request activation of the 'Family Friendly Municipality' certification process, send the application to the following pec address umse.coesionesociale@pec.provincia.tn.it.

For the purposes of sending the application, it is advisable to contact the Family Audit, Brands and Certifications Office in advance.

Application for activation of the 'Family Friendly Municipality' certification process, together with the following attachments

• Declaration of commitment for the "Family Friendly Municipality" certification
• Resolution of approval Municipal Family Plan
• Municipal Family Plan
• Resolution of constitution of the "Interdisciplinary Commission
• Disclosure pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 duly signed by the Legal Representative

Application for activation of the 'Family Friendly Municipality' certification can be sent at any time

After submitting the Application, at the outcome of the preliminary investigation, the UMSE Development and Support for Social Cohesion Policies communicates the awarding of the certification "Family Friendly Municipality - Family in Italy" bearing the registration number in the Register referred to in Article 16, paragraph 2 of Provincial Law no. 1/2011.
