In order to obtain the grant payment, the applicant must complete the works and account for them within 12 months from the date of the grant decision, unless an extension is granted by the Provincial Administration.
The applicant must account for the work that is the subject of the grant by submitting the necessary forms (approved by order no. 13076 dated 30 November 2023) together with the prescribed documentation to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Department by one of the following methods
- transmission by electronic mail (certified or not) exclusively to the mailbox serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it, please note that attachments in compressed formats (e.g. ZIP) will NOT be accepted pursuant to the provincial directives on telematic communications
- submission of the paper application by hand to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service in Trento, Via Mantova 67, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (telephone 0461 - 492712), or at the decentralised public assistance and information desks of the Autonomous Province of Trento
- transmission to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service by registered mail with return receipt, in which case the postmark of the accepting post office shall serve as proof of the date of receipt
