• Commander of the volunteer fire brigade corps
• Inspector of the District Union of Voluntary Fire Brigades

Fill in the application and enclose the information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016 signed for receipt and acknowledgement.
