Registration on the list of economic operators for public works

The list of economic operators - public works, pursuant to Article 19 of Provincial Law 2/2016, is used by the Trentino contracting authorities for the selection of companies to be invited to negotiated procedures for works without prior publication of a call for tenders, to trust agreements as well as for the direct award of public works contracts.

This is an always open list where economic operators, for the above purposes, register themselves by filling in, in compliance with the current regulations on self-certification, an identification form and a declaration certifying, in addition to their SOA qualification and/or experience in the execution of public works, the absence of the reasons for exclusion under art. 94 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 31 March 2023, together with other declarations containing elements useful for the selection of competitors.

It is possible to modify and/or update the data of a previous registration at any time.

Economic operators who register on the list are obliged to renew their declaration every 6 months, on pain of disqualification from the list.

Economic operators also have the obligation, in the event of changes in the data provided and declarations made, to update their position within 10 days.

Economic operators interested in being selected for invitations to negotiated procedures and/or fiduciary subcontracting and/or direct awarding of public works must register in the electronic list.

Applications must be submitted online, by connecting to the services portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento and authenticating yourself in the following ways: Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS) or Carta Provinciale dei Servizi (CPS) or with SPID (Sistema pubblico di identità digitale) credentials.

Before starting the procedure, read the compilation guide. In case of new registration, a request for registration to Contracta, the digital procurement platform of the Autonomous Province of Trento, will be sent at the same time.
