Registration on the List of Members of the Technical Advisory Board - CCT

Applications may be submitted by persons meeting the requirements of proven competence and professionalism, morality and honourableness, for the following professional profiles

• profile pertaining to the field of ENGINEERING
• profile pertaining to the field of ARCHITECTURE
• profile pertaining to the LEGAL sector
• profile relevant to the ECONOMIC sector

The candidate will be included in the CCT List and will be eligible for selection by the Tender Authorities of Trentino only after positive verification of the declared requirements. Checks will be carried out by the Provincial Agency for Procurement and Contracts.

The interested party may register at any time as the list is always open.

It is the duty of each person registered on the list to communicate promptly and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the occurrence of the event, any changes that have occurred in their identification data and/or in the possession of the requirements, by submitting a new application.

In order to be included in the list, candidates must meet the requirements of proven competence and professionalism as well as good repute and morality at the date of application.
The following may submit their candidature

• professionals whose activities are subject to compulsory registration with orders or colleges
• manager or official within the meaning of Article 1(2) of Legislative Decree No 165 of 30 March 2001 or of contracting stations with legal personality under private law subject to the application of the code with competence in the field of public contracts, concessions and investments
• tenured university professor (full professor, associate professor) in subjects relating to contracts, concessions and public investment
• ordinary magistrate, administrative or accounting magistrate - lawyer of the state - prefect/manager of the prefectural career not in office for at least two years, even if already retired
• member of the Superior Council of Public Works
• person with proven experience attested by the possession of at least one of the requirements provided for in Art. 2 co. 1 lett. a) of Annex V.2 of Legislative Decree 36/2023
• doctor of research

Applications, in order to be included in the list, must be submitted online, by accessing the appropriate portal, authenticating oneself in accordance with the established procedures (SPID, CPS/CNS and CIE) and filling in the relevant form, in compliance with the regulations in force on self-certification.

The registration will become effective as soon as the checks on the possession of the requirements indicated when filling in the registration form have been positively completed and the checks will be carried out by the Provincial Agency for Procurement and Contracts - APAC for the purpose of inclusion in the list itself. Since this list is always open, each new candidate will be verified and his name will be visible and therefore selectable by the Administrations concerned once the verification is completed, without further publicity.
