Registration on the Autonomous Province of Trento's electronic marketplace ME-PAT

The list of qualified economic operators on the ME-PAT is used by the Trentino Contracting Authorities to carry out Requests for Quotations and/or Requests for Offers (RFPs) for the purchase of goods, services and maintenance works below the EU threshold.

In order to be able to operate on the ME-PAT, economic operators must be qualified for the specific product categories identified in the notice of qualification.

The qualification must be renewed every six months.

The service allows you to:

• carry out the first authorisation
• renew issued declarations;
• update data already entered.

All interested economic operators may register.

The Entitlement must be requested by a person with the power to act in the name and on behalf of the Economic Operator and the power to commit the latter for amounts at least equal to the Community threshold.

In the case of representation in joint terms, the Application for Entitlement must be signed by all the parties concerned.

In the case of consortia referred to in Article 65, paragraph 2, letters b), c) and d) of the Code, the Application for Entitlement is to be submitted by the consortium and must also contain an indication of the consortium members with which the consortium intends to participate in the ME-PAT tender procedures.

Access to the service takes place online, by connecting to Contracta and authenticating yourself in the prescribed ways (Credentials, SPID, CIE, CNS).

In order to qualify for the ME-PAT, it is necessary to submit the application according to the indications given in the user manuals dedicated to economic operators and on the Contracta platform, in the area related to the information on the Call.
