Recruitment in the Project

Already since 1990 the provincial legislature (Provincial Law no. 32 of 27 November 1990, concerning 'provincial interventions for the restoration and enhancement of the environment') has provided for the implementation of interventions for the conservation of the environmental, cultural and artistic heritage, and the protection and enhancement of tourist activities, while at the same time fulfilling employment support purposes.

The competent Service provides for the planning and implementation of the interventions by entrusting works to work production or social cooperatives and their consortia, in possession of technical and economic reliability requirements and specific experience and competence in the fields of activity.

For the implementation of these interventions, the contracted entities hire workers according to the criteria of Provincial Resolution No. 273 of 22 February 2018.

Before proceeding to the placement of personnel, the Service carries out group and individual interviews in order to get to know all the people better and identify the most suitable job for the individual characteristics. The information gathered during the interviews is then cross-referenced with the requests for personnel coming from the public bodies located in the area. Public bodies - municipalities, districts, museums, libraries, material collection centres, old people's homes, etc. - become the recipients of staff. - They therefore become the recipients of personnel in relation to their respective labour needs.

The targeting of workers takes place by taking into account previous work experience, aptitudes, potential, predispositions shown during the interview, possible limitations and residence.

ATTENTION: 12 months after the termination of income support, the application cannot be submitted.

The eligibility requirements are:

1. having been dismissed from an open-ended contract for objective reasons related to reduction, transformation, cessation of production activity/having resigned for just cause in the face of non-payment of salary/having consensually terminated the employment relationship pursuant to Article 7 of Law No. 604/66;

2. be in a state of unemployment or have an ongoing employment relationship of a maximum of 6 months

3. have been resident and domiciled in the Province of Trento for at least 5 continuous years immediately preceding termination of employment or for 10 years during their lifetime provided they have been resident and domiciled in the Province of Trento for at least one year at the time of application

4. be at least 53 years old for men and 49 years old for women at the time of termination of employment;

5. have, at the time of termination of employment, a minimum contribution period of 15 years;

6. to have, as at last 30 September, a number of missing years for the accrual of the minimum requirements for retirement not exceeding 8 (this requirement is increased in favour of women by 12 months for each child, up to a maximum of 2 years)

7. that I have not yet reached the first requisite for entitlement to a retirement or old age pension and that I will not accrue the requisite for an old age pension within the next six months

8. he/she has not applied for APE sociale.

The age and contribution requirements may be met if the termination of employment, due to dismissal for justified objective reasons, occurred after 01.02.2012, including through one or more fixed-term or para-subordinate contracts of a total duration of at least 6 months.

The application for access must be submitted to the Servizio Lavoro (Labour Service) also through a Patronato Institute which has an agreement with the Province. The Employment Service or the Patronage Institute is in charge of requesting the certified statement of account from INPS and calculating the missing period to the accrual of pension requirements.

The application must be submitted within the following deadlines

- from 1 April to 30 June, for those who ceased or will cease to receive state or provincial income support within the second half of the year;

- from 1 October to 31 December, for those who have ceased or are ceasing income support, state or provincial, within the first half of the following year.

Patronage Institutes submit complete applications to the Employment Service by July and January.

The Employment Service verifies the access requirements and draws up two lists during the year, the first by February for those who apply by 31 December of the previous year and the second by August for those who apply by 30 June.

These lists are sorted according to the priority criterion of the shortest period remaining until the pension requirements are met.

The lists are sent to the Employment Support and Environmental Enhancement Service (SOVA), which will draw up the rank lists.
