Recruitment in the Seasonal Project

To apply, you must meet the following requirements

- be in a state of unemployment or be self-employed and not registered with the relevant social security management, with a presumed income of less than EUR 4,800.00 in the year in which the application is submitted

- having signed the Service Pact with the Employment Centre

- have been resident and domiciled in the Province of Trento for at least 5 continuous years at the time of application, or for 10 years as long as they have been resident and domiciled for at least one year in the Province of Trento at the time of application

- be at least 49 years of age for women and 53 years of age for men at the time of application (for those registered under Law 68/99, the requirement is at least 44 for women and 48 for men).

The application for the Seasonal Pension Plan must be submitted to an affiliated Patronato Institute, which will provide appropriate assistance in filling it out. Below is the list of affiliated Patronati:

The ICEF declaration of income for the two previous years with respect to the year of application for seasonal work in the Progettone.

The worker who applies for seasonal work is given a score in relation to the experience gained in the previous three years. For this purpose, both work experience within the Project and experience gained in other activities are taken into consideration. The worker is also given an additional score based on the ICEF coefficient. The sum of the two scores determines the worker's final score and his/her inclusion in a list divided into 3 bands (A, B and C), within which all positions are equivalent.

The application submitted is valid for both service and environmental enhancement activities (green building sites).

Seasonal staff are selected in relation to the labour needs for the current year.

Workers are selected taking into account their position on the list (band A, B, C), their residence and domicile, as well as the Community of the Valley (or amalgamation of several Communities of the Valley) in which the worksite or work structure is located.

The job placement takes place only after an assessment of suitability for the individual work position by the Consortium/Cooperative to which the activity is entrusted.

The principle of targeted employment is followed, drawing first from bracket A and then moving up in subsequent brackets, if the names remaining in the higher bracket are not deemed suitable for the activity being selected.
