Description
Employers looking to recruit staff can request free support from the Job Matching (IDO) advisers based at the Employment Centres of the Labour Agency in the Autonomous Province of Trento.
As part of their recruitment process, employers may access one or more of the following personalised and free services:
- Analysis of the company’s staffing requirements
- analysis of staffing requirements through a site visit or a telephone/online meeting aimed at defining the professional profile of the candidate sought
- advice on any incentives currently available in the Province of Trento
- support in identifying relevant contacts within the Labour Agency’s relevant departments for any other business needs that may arise
Based on the staffing requirements identified, an assessment will be carried out to determine the most effective course of action, and the most appropriate services will be agreed upon, including:
- Publication of the recruitment advert on the Trentino Lavoro portal
The advert may include the company’s contact details, or it may be anonymous; in either case, the Job Centre will receive CVs from applicants and carry out the screening process.
- Searching the EmploymentAgency’s database for suitable candidates and forwarding their CVs
- Support with the pre-selection of candidates
- screening of CVs received following the advertisement on Trentino Lavoro
- contacting/interviewing candidates to assess their suitability and availability
- Publication of the vacancy via LinkedIn and/or the EURES network
For hard-to-find profiles, it is possible to request that a vacancy be published on the Employment Agency’s LinkedIn channel as well. The employer may also search for staff outside the province, making use of the EURES service to recruit staff within the European Union.
For further information on recruiting staff in Europe, please write to eures.adl@provincia.tn.it.
- Participation in career days or the organisation of company-specific recruitment days
Jobcentres organise career days or recruitment days dedicated to specific economic sectors or job roles, aimed at bringing together jobseekers and companies looking to recruit.
Remember!
In addition to the services mentioned above, employers may also choose to use the Trentino Lavoro portal, the provincial portal for employment services for citizens and businesses, entirely independently.
Once a company has been verified on the portal, it can access the following services free of charge and independently:
- post job vacancies and manage them
- create its own ‘Showcase’
- submit mandatory recruitment notifications via the S.A.R.E. service
Please consult the user guide for the Trentino Lavoro portal.
