Recognition of training credits for tourism professions

Those enrolled in training courses for the professions of ski instructor, mountain guide and mid-mountain/terroir guide may apply for the recognition of training credits for exemption from attending one or more technical-practical courses if they have attended courses with the same or similar content as those envisaged for the attainment of the respective qualification or, in the case of ski instructors, if they have participated in world cup or Olympic competitions in the Alpine, cross-country or snowboard disciplines.

The application may be submitted by those enrolled in training courses for qualification to exercise the professions of ski instructor, mountain guide, mid-mountain guide/land guide.

Interested parties must submit an application for recognition of training credits, using the following form to be forwarded by PEC to serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, to the competent Examination Board at the provincial structure responsible for tourism, at least 30 days before the beginning of the entire training course.

Submit the application for recognition of training credits via PEC to serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it with the following documents attached

• certificate(s) of participation in courses corresponding or similar in content to those envisaged for obtaining the respective qualification
• certification from the Italian Winter Sports Federation (F.I.S.I.) of participation in World Cup competitions or Olympic competitions in the case of ski instructors
• copy of a valid identity document;
• privacy policy pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, duly signed.

If the application is successful, the President of the competent examining board will inform the person concerned of the courses he/she is exempt from attending.
