RSA and other social and healthcare services: grants for building works

Pursuant to Article 19-bis, paragraph 1, of Provincial Law No. 6/1998, the Province may grant capital grants or annual payments to public bodies, associations, foundations, co-operatives and other private institutions, which have legal personality and operate on a not-for-profit basis, and whose objectives include the provision of social and health services, for the purchase, construction, reconstruction, refurbishment and completion of buildings necessary for the implementation of social and health care projects.

The application must be submitted to the Health and Social Care Policy Department in one of the following ways:

- by email or certified email, in accordance with the relevant technical regulations, to the following address: serv.politsanitarie@pec.provincia.tn.it;

- via the simplified interoperability channel within P.I.Tre for organisations affiliated with P.I.Tre;

and, as a last resort:

- by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt;

- by hand delivery to the secretariat of the relevant department (Via Gilli, 4 – Trento) from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 12.00, or at the local service points located throughout the region.

- a photocopy of the applicant’s identity document (if the application is signed by hand and not in the presence of the relevant member of staff);

- any additional documents specified in the relevant application form.

"Grants for works on buildings intended for social and healthcare activities – small-scale works, variations where costs are borne by the Province, and advance payment of design costs": 90 days from the day following receipt of the application;

"Authorisations for variations to funded projects that do not exceed the budget": 30 days from the day following receipt of the application;

"Extension and suspension of deadlines for the submission of documentation, commencement and reporting on works on properties intended for social and healthcare activities funded by the Province": 30 days from the day following receipt of the application.
