Proposals for a language catalogue (German and English)

Objectives: the Notice aims at improving the language skills of the adult population in Trentino, as far as German and English are concerned. Through the activation in the territory of language training courses at different levels it is therefore intended to offer an opportunity for lifelong learning aimed at strengthening one of the main competences for the personal growth and employability of people, as well as improving competitiveness at economic system level. The same instrument is also intended to continue to foster the improvement of the language skills of teaching staff in the Trentino educational system.

Total available resources: The total amount of resources available for this Notice is euro 2,000,000.00, 100% of which will be financed by the Italian State; the initiative is implemented within the framework of the Development and Cohesion Plan of the Autonomous Province of Trento in continuity with the 2014 - 2020 ESF Operational Programme.

All public and private bodies having their registered office in the European Union may participate in this Notice by submitting project proposals. Participation is also open to temporary groupings of companies (with the indication of the lead company and the parts of the service to be performed by each company with the relevant financial quantification), consortia (with the indication of the companies on behalf of which the consortium submits the bid and the parts of the service performed by each consortium member with the relevant financial quantification) and G. e. i.e. (for which the enterprises forming the G.e.i.e. must be indicated and the parts of the service to be performed by each of them with relevant financial quantification).

Excluded from participation are those subjects which are carrying out, for the Provincial Administration (authority responsible for the CSP and competent structures), activities/functions of technical assistance, support and provision of services in the sector of guidance (work or school) and support to training activities, in order to favour the employment or re-employment of workers or functions of technical assistance relating to the certification of skills or which are carrying out activities of support or technical assistance for the national authorities responsible for the CSP within the same programme.

Project proposals must be received by the Professional Training, Tertiary Training and System Functions Service in the following manner:

1) the documents listed below must be received in digital format, through the computer procedure below, using the appropriate submission function:

• the application for funding - Model A
• the project description - Model B
• the financial estimate - Model C
• the declaration of acceptance of the general management provisions
• any declaration of intent to set up the A.T.I., R.T.I. Consortium or G.E.I.E., deed of incorporation A.T.I., R.T.I. Consortium or G.E.I.E. - Model D
• any diagrams or tables, to the extent permitted by this Notice

The computerised procedure will issue a receipt showing the date and time of submission of the application.

2) the percentage reduction on the fixed fee of the CUS parameter, Model E downloaded from this page must be filled in and placed in a suitable (non-transparent) closed and sealed envelope, countersigned on the closing flaps together with the identity card of the signatory(s) and sent to Servizio formazione professionale, formazione terziaria e funzioni di sistema (4th floor), via G. Gilli, 3 - 38121 Trento, in one of the following ways

• by registered letter of the state postal service
• by parcel similar to registered mail sent by specialised couriers
• by direct delivery to the above-mentioned Service, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, which will issue a receipt certifying the date and time of receipt
