Description

A Management Committee is established at each pre-school. It has a three-year term of office and is made up of representatives of: teaching staff, non-teaching staff, representatives of the municipality, representatives of the parents (in equivalent pre-schools, also a representative of the relevant managing body).

The application may be submitted by:

  • non-permanent and temporary non-teaching staff assigned to places in the annual nursery school programme
  • both parents of children duly enrolled and attending the school for which the elections are being held on the date the lists are drawn up, or the persons exercising parental responsibility over the child
