Preliminary consultation

  • Active

The proponent may request that the preliminary consultation procedure be carried out, prior to the submission of the application for the release of the PAUP, with the purpose of defining the essential elements of the project, the level of detail of the information to be included in the Environmental Impact Study (EIS), the methodologies to be adopted for its drafting, and to identify any preconditions necessary for the realisation and operation of the project or preclusive elements deriving from territorial planning or constraints present in the area concerned.

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the proposing entity or by its delegate (attaching a written power of attorney to the application)
