Preliminary consultation

Subject, public or private, proposing the project.

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the proposing entity or by its delegate (attaching a written power of attorney to the application)

The proponent sends the application for preliminary consultation to the O.U. for Environmental Assessments, attaching in electronic format the project proposal, the preliminary environmental study and a report illustrating, on the basis of the expected environmental impacts, the work plan for the drafting of the EIA, as well as a report on the conformity of the project with the territorial and urban planning instruments.

How to submit an application and technical-environmental documentation in EIA procedures

The application form and attached documentation must be submitted preferably by certified e-mail to the address valamb.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application for activation of the preliminary consultation procedure;
2. Preliminary environmental study;
3. Project proposal;
4. Report illustrating, on the basis of the expected environmental impacts, the work plan for the preparation of the environmental impact study (EIS);
5. Report on the conformity of the project with territorial and urban planning instruments;
6. List of documents - sheet A;
7. Measures related to the application - Sheet B;
8. Proxy for the submission of the application and related documents (if any).
9. Send by email to the address: valamb.appa@provincia.tn.it, with the name of the project in the subject line, the project/work/intervention area georeferenced in the ETRS89(WGS84)/UTM reference system, in .shp (GIS Software Geographic Shape File) or .dxf file format, by creating a closed polygon including all the areas affected by the intervention in their maximum occupation.

NBFor reasons connected with the protection of personal data, it is necessary that the technical documentation to be published is without autograph signatures. For this reason, it is preferable that all documentation be digitally signed by the editors or that an unsigned copy be provided (in addition to the signed copy) for publication, and that the Declaration of Correspondence of Documentation for Environmental Assessment Procedures (EIA) form be completed.
