Preliminary assessment to identify the procedure to be initiated (so-called query)

The application may be submitted by the proposer or the designer of the work.

The proposer or the designer of the work shall send the application form, duly completed, and the technical documentation necessary for the framing of the planned works to the O.U. for Environmental Assessments.

The application form and attached documentation must be transmitted preferably by certified email to the address valamb.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it.

The technical documentation must contain the following elements

• precise location of the work, also indicating cadastral data (cadastral municipality and list of building and land parcels concerned);
• brief illustration of the current state of the sites and structures, specifying the existing activities as well as the dimensional characteristics of the existing works and/or facilities (e.g. lengths, surfaces, volumes, daily and annual production capacity, power of existing machinery, etc.)
• brief description of the project objectives;
• illustration of the project status envisaged for the sites and structures, specifying the activities that will be installed as well as the relative dimensional characteristics (lengths, surfaces, volumes, daily and annual production capacity, power of existing machinery), to be compared with the existing ones in the event of modifications to the same;
• for works falling under type 7.o) of annex IV of part II of legislative decree no. 152 of 2006, relating to "Canalisation and regulation works for watercourses", reference must be made to the Guidelines approved by the Provincial Council resolution no. 911 of 9 June 2017; in particular, for the purposes of this question the presentation of the "Intervention framework and environmental elements" (Part II of the aforementioned resolution) must be correctly completed.
