Pension for workers suffering from noise deafness

It is an annuity for permanent disability due to noise damage, granted to workers residing in the Trentino - Alto Adige Region, who are not entitled to similar benefits paid by INAIL.

Persons suffering from occupational deafness due to noise must have contracted such inability in the course of and due to a working activity falling within those provided for by Article 1 of the Consolidated Text of the provisions for compulsory insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases.

Citizens who are already recipients of an occupational noise deafness pension may update their position data or the pension payment method.

Entitled heirs may submit an application for settlement of outstanding instalments of an occupational noise deafness pension.

In order to update personal data or to communicate the new method of payment of the annuity, entitled persons may submit the declaration for updating data published here together with a copy of their identity document.

Entitled heirs may submit the request for settlement by completing the declaration in lieu of certification and affidavit published here, returning it together with the privacy policy signed at the bottom for acknowledgement and a copy of their identity document.

The heirs must ensure that they have included in the inheritance assets of the inheritance declaration the total amount of the outstanding instalments of the annuity for noise deafness, if there is an obligation to submit them.
