Operating machines - Certificate of Technical Suitability

Concerns the issue of the Certificate of Technical Suitability for exceptional or tracked operating machines not in circulation. No number plates are issued. Operating machines above 50 kW power have to be registered.

The service is open to all interested parties.

• make an appointment at the offices of the Civil Vehicle Registration Authority via the 'Digital Channels' section;
• complete the documents listed in the "Documents to be submitted" section.

The PAGOPA code associated with the tariff for "Operating machines - Certificate of technical competence":

- T003 "Issue of vehicle certificate without number plate".

The documents to be submitted for the issue of the Certificate of Technical Suitability of the operating machine are as follows:

• form TT2119 completed and signed;
• copy of the signatory's identity document;
• technical data sheet with characteristics of use and compliance with EU Regulation 1628/2016 phase V.
• declaration in lieu of certification and deed of notoriety machinery
• pagoPA payment receipt of € 32.00 and € 10.20 to be made through the pagoPA system by accessing the website "il portale dell'automobilistica"(click here) and selecting the Trento tariff and then tariff T003 "RILASCIO CERTIFICATO DI CIRCOLAZIONE SENZA TARGA" (AMBITO TRENTO);
