Description
Condominiums are hotel establishments open to the public, managed on a unitary basis, consisting of one or more accommodation units located in the same municipality or parts thereof.
They provide accommodation, ancillary services and possibly food, in accommodation units intended for receptive use and, in an integrated and complementary form, in accommodation units intended for residential use, equipped with autonomous kitchen service, the total surface area of which may not exceed 40 per cent of the total net usable surface area allocated to the accommodation units on 7 August 2019.
Condominiums have a single concierge desk for hotel guests and owners of residential property units, with the possibility of providing a specific, separate entrance for the exclusive use of employees and suppliers. Employees are excluded from this provision.
Restrictions
Condominium establishments must meet the minimum requirements set out in Article 2 of the implementing regulation in force.
