Description
Rural establishments are accommodation establishments located in existing traditional buildings in a rural environment, equipped with guest rooms, also arranged in several flats in the same building with a kitchenette or independent kitchen service, in which accommodation and possibly food and beverage services are provided.
Restrictions
Without prejudice to compliance with current urban planning, health, fire prevention and safety regulations, rural establishments must meet the following minimum structural requirements
- be located in existing buildings in mountainous areas or areas traditionally used for agricultural and sylvan-pastoral activities, provided that they are environments scarcely affected by urbanisation phenomena
- they must consist of historic buildings typical of traditional rural architecture such as farmhouses, farmsteads, mountain pastures, mills, historic houses and the like, even if they have already been restored, renovated or restructured or, in the case of ruins, reconstructed, and must have surface area, height and lighting ratio parameters such that they do not require extensions, elevations or new additions for use as accommodation, except for those permitted by the implementation rules of the general town plan or building regulations of the municipality in the area concerned.

- Communicate the names of guests to thePublic Safety Authority, within 24 hours, exclusively via the weballoggitati.it accessible with the credentials provided by the Police Headquarters of Trento.
- Enter tourist presences online (C59-ISTAT forms) in the Provincial Tourism System (STU) for the ISTAT statistical survey.
