Portal for consulting and updating cadastral and land registry data electronically.

Description

From the portal, it is possible to obtain on screen and in print cadastral views for the building cadastre, land cadastre and geometric cadastre, as well as table views for the land register, with the same information content as the printouts that the user would obtain by making the same request at the office counter.
The data are updated in real time for the building cadastre, while the date of updating of the land cadastre data is indicated in each printout produced, as well as being presented on screen in the search screens.
It is also possible to obtain on-screen and in print views of the land register's ledger and de-registered entries archive with the same information content and the same updated prints that the user would obtain by making the same request at the office counter.

From 06 April 2020 the updating of Land Register and Land Registry acts is compulsorily carried out through the OPENkat portal as provided for by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 339 of 13 March 2020 and the consequent Determination of the Land Registry Service Manager no. 3 of 27 March 2020.

To enter into an OPENkat contract it is necessary to have a certified e-mail address.

In the case of preparing cadastral or land registry update documents, a qualified digital signature is required.

Who it's for

There are currently two categories of users
- one comprising Public Administrations and Institutional Bodies that access Land Registry and Land Register data free of charge, according to the regulations in force;
- the other category, which is subject to payment of the fee and the fee, includes other public and private entities, individual professionals and professional orders and colleges such as Notaries, Lawyers, Lawyers, Engineers, Architects, Agronomists and Foresters, Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors, Industrial Technicians and Graduate Industrial Technicians, Agricultural Technicians and Graduate Agricultural Technicians, qualified to submit cadastral documentation, other types of professionals or associated firms, other public or private entities, and private citizens.

To access the OPENkat portal, it is necessary to enter into a contract with the Province of Trento.
