Nulla osta for the granting of concessions or authorisations in the PN Stelvio

Pursuant to Article 13 of Law No 394 of 6 December 1991 (National Framework Law on Protected Areas), the granting of concessions or authorisations for interventions, installations and works within the national park is subject to the prior authorisation of the Park Authority. The nulla osta verifies the conformity of the interventions with the provisions of the plan and regulations.

Article 44 undecies of Provincial Law no. 11 of 23 May 2007 provides that, for the Trentino sector of the Stelvio National Park, the nulla osta is issued by the provincial structure responsible for protected areas.

The service is aimed at citizens and businesses.

Simple application addressed to the Stelvio National Park Management Office.

The authorisations issued, including negative ones, and those determined due to expiry of the deadline, can be consulted on the Park Notice Board by selecting the 'Nulla osta' option under Type
