Notice of selection of three members of the Technical Evaluation Board

The activity of the Technical Evaluation Board consists in the ex-ante evaluation of the project proposals with training content submitted by the proposing subjects within the framework of the Calls for Proposals related to the ESF+ Programme 2021-2027.

The areas of intervention of the project proposals subject to evaluation by the Board concern the following themes in particular

• employment
• education and training
• social inclusion.

The Notice, approved by Determination of the Executive Director no. 11933 of 05 November 2024, provides for the appointment of three different professional figures in order to guarantee and maximum transparency, objectivity and objectivity in the evaluation of the project proposals.

The activity will last from the date of appointment until 31.12.2027 subject to the availability of resources in the provincial budget.

The first three persons in the ranking list shall be appointed as members of the Core Group. Any further names shall be considered as reserves in the event of withdrawal and/or need for replacement of the members of the Core Group during the period of its duration.

Nominations may only be made to persons

1. In possession of Italian citizenship or citizenship of one of the member states of the European Union provided that they have excellent knowledge of the Italian language as the project proposals are written in Italian;
2. In possession of the enjoyment of civil and political rights;
3. That they have not been convicted of any criminal offence and that they are not currently undergoing criminal proceedings or proceedings for the application of security or prevention measures, including those that may be entered in the criminal record pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 313 of 14.11.2002;
4. Who do not reside in the province of Trento;
5. That they have no relationship of kinship or affinity of first or second degree with the pro tempore director of the European Social Fund Office of the Autonomous Province of Trento
6. That they have been full or associate university professors for at least 5 years (also understood as the sum of any periods as full and associate professor) at the date of the deadline for submitting applications, at universities accredited by the MIUR with the exception of the University of Trento, in one of the following scientific-disciplinary sectors

  • PAED-01/B Experimental Pedagogy;
  • PSIC-02/A Developmental psychology and educational psychology;
  • PSIC-03/A Social psychology;
  • PSIC-03/B Work and organisational psychology;
  • GIUR-03/A Economic law
  • GIUR-04/A Labour law;
  • ECON-01/A Political economy;
  • ECON-02/A Economic policy;
  • ECON-06/A Business economics;
  • GSPS-02/A Political science;
  • GSPS-05/A General sociology;
  • GSPS-08/A Sociology of economic and labour processes;
  • GSPS-08/B Sociology of the environment and territory.

The years of experience are calculated considering the effective date of graduation.

The application, drawn up on the model predefined by the Administration and in which the elements useful for the assessment of the requirements set out in this Notice must be described, must be signed with a digital signature or in autograph form and sent to the Administration together with the following attachments

• the curriculum vitae dated and signed by the candidate, drawn up according to the Europass model
• copy of a valid identity document of the signatory (in the case of signature by digital signature, it is not necessary to attach a copy of an identity document).

Applications not submitted on the attached model will not be considered admissible.
