Notice of assignment of three evaluation support positions

The object of the assignment for the performance of the support activities to the evaluation carried out by the Technical Evaluation Board consists in the preliminary investigation and initial examination of the project proposals with training content submitted by the proposing subjects within the framework of the Calls for Proposals related to the ESF+ Programme 2021-2027.

The areas of intervention of the project proposals being examined by the professionals supporting the evaluation activities concern the following themes in particular

• employment
• education and training
• social inclusion.

It is envisaged to assign the assignments to three different professional figures in order to ensure greater objectivity in the examination of the proposals and, at the same time, the respect of the deadlines for the implementation of the assigned activities.

The assignments will begin on 01 September 2024 and will last until 31 August 2025. The Administration reserves the right to extend and supplement these contracts up to a maximum of three years.

Appointments will be awarded to the first three persons in the ranking list. Any further names will be considered as reserves in the event of withdrawal and/or need for replacement of consultants during the period of the assignment.

The consultants shall be subject to the contractual conditions, attached to this notice, which will be stipulated at the time of the assignment

The assignment may only be awarded to persons

1. in possession of Italian citizenship or citizenship of one of the Member States of the European Union provided that they have excellent knowledge of the Italian language as the project proposals are drafted in Italian;
2. in possession of the enjoyment of civil and political rights;
3. that they have not been convicted of any criminal offence and do not have any pending criminal proceedings or proceedings for the application of security or prevention measures, including those that can be entered in the criminal record pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 313 of 14.11.2002
4. not resident and/or domiciled in the province of Trento;
5. in possession of at least a university degree (old system) or specialised degree or master's degree
6. who have at least two years' proven experience, even if not continuous, gained in the national territory in the field of evaluation of project proposals with training content related to employment, education and training and/or social inclusion issues in line with the priorities of the ESF+ 2021-2027
7. who have not carried out the same activities for the Autonomous Province of Trento, with assignments assigned by the Europe/UMSe Europe Service, during the last three years
8. who have not carried out any work activities in the last 24 months and/or are not currently carrying out any work activities for bodies or organisations operating in the field of ESF/ESF+ co-funded training in the territory of the Province of Trento, including the provincial structures involved in the implementation of the Programme, excluding any collaboration with other structures of the provincial administration or its agencies and instrumental bodies
9. who have no relationship of kinship or affinity of first or second degree with the pro tempore manager of the UMSeuropa and/or with the pro tempore manager of the European Social Fund Office of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

If you are interested in the procedure, you are invited to submit your application, using the attached form, by 12 noon on 19 July 2024 to the PEC addressfondi.europei@pec.provincia.tn.it, clearly indicating in the subject line "candidature for assignment to support the evaluation of project proposals of the ESF+ Programme".

The application, drawn up on the model predefined by the Administration and in which the elements useful for the assessment of the requirements set out in this Notice must be described, must be signed with a digital signature or in autograph form and sent to the Administration together with the following attachments

• the curriculum vitae dated and signed by the candidate, drawn up according to the Europass model
• copy of a valid identity document of the signatory (in the case of signature by digital signature, it is not necessary to attach a copy of an identity document).

Applications not submitted on the attached model will not be considered admissible.
