Procedure for the granting of funding, by way of reimbursement of expenses, to support consumer and user protection activities carried out in the province of Trento.

The notice is aimed at selecting a project for activities to be carried out in the field of consumer and user protection in the Province of Trento. The project submitted must be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the notice and taking into account the objectives and aims set out therein.
The project must last 48 months and the Province will initially fund two years of activity, with the possibility of subsequently extending the funding to cover the entire 48 months. The project may be repeated for a further 48 months (for a total of 48 + 48 months).
The financing is aimed at reimbursing 100% of the expenses incurred for the activities of the Project, up to a maximum of EUR 375,000.00 per year.
During the period of activity, the Province also reserves the right to approve further activities to be entrusted to the same subject, for a maximum amount of Euro 250,000.00.
The maximum amount payable under the notice is therefore a maximum of 5,000,000.00 euro.
Applications may be submitted by consumer associations that are members of the National Council of Consumers and Users (CNCU), registered in the list referred to in Article 137 of Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005 and that meet the requirements of reliability and technical and organisational capacity set out in the notice.
Joint applications by several associations are also permitted, subject to the provisions of the notice.
Under penalty of exclusion, the envelope must be physically sealed and undamaged and must reach the following address Servizio artigianato e commercio della Provincia autonoma di Trento, via G.B. Trener n. 3 (Tre Torri), 38121 Trento, ground floor of tower C, no later than 12 noon on 27 April 2026.
Delivery of the envelope to the prescribed place, time and manner shall be at the sender's sole risk. For the purposes of ascertaining compliance with the delivery deadline, only the stamp and/or receipt issued by the competent Service indicated above, which will be responsible for receipt, shall be taken as proof. The opening hours of the above-mentioned Service to the public are Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 12 noon.
Applications must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion from the selection procedure, in a sealed envelope containing the following.
The sealed envelope must bear on the outside, legibly and clearly, the name of the applicant (or of the lead applicant in the case of joint applications) and the wording "DO NOT OPEN - Funding for the Trento CRTCU programme of activities - Participation documentation".

A sealed envelope marked "TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION" containing the documents set out in the chapter entitled "Drafting of the CRTCU management project", specifically
Each document submitted must bear explicit mention of the number of pages it comprises and each page must be initialled by the same person who signed the application form.
The bank guarantee accompanying the proposal must be submitted separately from the envelope envisaged for the rest of the documentation, to the PEC address: serv.artcom@pec.provincia.tn.it by the deadline for submitting the participation documentation.
The deadline for submitting applications is 27 April 2026 at 12 noon.
