Description
The Notice is aimed at the selection and subsequent financing of project proposals for the construction of renewable hydrogen production sites on brownfield sites, to be financed under Investment 3.1, foreseen in Mission 2 'Green Revolution and Ecological Transition', Component 2 'Renewable Energy, Hydrogen, Grid and Sustainable Mobility', of the NRP.
The subsidies are granted on the basis of a competitive and ranking procedure.
The maximum contribution on eligible costs (as provided for in the Notice) is 100%.
Eligible interventions
Eligible enterprises of all sizes that intend to carry out interventions that must include both of the following components:
(a) one or more electrolysers for the production of renewable hydrogen and related auxiliary systems necessary for the production process, including any hydrogen compression and storage systems;
(b) one or more additional plants attached to the electrolysers referred to in point (a), including any hydrogen storage systems.
In order to be eligible, these interventions must comply with the provisions set forth in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Notice.
