MuoverSi

MuoverSi is a transport and support service for people with disabilities operating in the Autonomous Province of Trento, providing travel from the person’s home to various destinations for work, study, health or leisure purposes.

MuoverSi is a service designed to promote the independence of the user, who, once admitted and having paid the registration fee and been allocated the relevant mileage vouchers (ranging from a minimum of 200 to a maximum of 10,000), will be able to choose the transport service provider affiliated with the Province.

You can submit an application for new admission, as well as any feedback or complaints regarding the service, via the digital channels at the bottom of this page. Pending the full digitisation of the system, other requests must currently be made on paper; the relevant forms can be downloaded from the ‘Forms’ section of this page.

For further details regarding the allocation of kilometres and the service in general, please consult the Guide available in the ‘Documents’ section. 

• Fixed service registration fee for all: €40.00, which entitles the holder to 200 kilometre vouchers;
• Variable fee: for kilometres in excess of the minimum 200 required for activation, the cost varies according to the ICEF;
• Additional kilometres: should the allocated kilometres be used up, it is possible to request further kilometres at a cost of €0.50 per kilometre by completing the relevant form.

People with disabilities who are resident in the Province of Trento, or who are domiciled in the Province of Trento for work or study purposes, and who hold a certificate attesting to their disability:

• code 05
• code 06
• code 07
• severe visual impairment
• total or partial blindness
• Law 104/1992, Article 3, paragraph 3 (requiring intensive support due to a severe limitation in the ability to walk).

The application may be submitted by the user or by their legal representative (e.g. guardian, curator, support administrator, or parent in the case of minors).

Applications for admission andany reports or complaints may only be submitted online, via the digital channels listed on this page; to access these, you must have a SPID, CIE or CPS/CNS.

For other enquiries (requests for additional travel support, requests for a duplicate card, requests for a refund of amounts paid, notifications of travel outside the province, requests for additional kilometres) , you must download and complete the forms from the ‘Forms’ sectionand submit them to the administration using one of the following methods:

- hand-delivery to the MuoverSi Helpdesk, located at the Cooperativa Handicrea offices atVia San Martino 46, Trento – tel. 0461/239396 (applications may also be submitted at the Handicrea Cooperative’s Disability Service counters located throughout the province; however, we recommend calling the number above first); for all enquiries regarding the MuoverSi Service, please emailmuoversi@provincia.tn.itdirectly 

- hand-delivered to the PAT’s local branches

- by post via registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the address given above.

For applications submitted via digital channels, please follow the online procedure and upload the attachments required by the system; for paper applications, the attachments to be submitted with the relevant application are specified on each form. 

Applications for new membership may be submitted from 1 January to 30 September for the current calendar year; those submitted from 1 October to 31 Decemberwill be considered for the allocation of mileage vouchers for the following calendar year.

Once the user has completed and submitted the application for new enrolment, they will receive a letter notifying them that the process has begun (by email) and a second letter confirming that the application has been accepted.

The letter of acceptance will state the mileage vouchers allocated. With this letter, you may visit one of the tax assistance centres to calculate the amount due. Once payment has been made, you will receive notification of your admission to the service, with your membership card attached.

The administrative procedure is deemed to be automatically concluded if the user fails to pay the fixed admission fee or the fee calculated at the CAF within 90 days of receiving the letter confirming acceptance of the application.

Payment via PagoPa can be made directly online or by generating a payment slip, which can be paid at bank branches, Sisal and Lottomatica outlets (tobacconists) or at other outlets authorised to process PagoPa payments. Instructions on how to make electronic payments can be found at www.pagopa.provincia.tn.it
