MuoverSi

MuoverSi is a transport and accompaniment system for people with disabilities carried out in the Autonomous Province of Trento, from the person's home to various destinations, related to work, study, health, leisure.

MuoverSi is a service aimed at promoting the autonomy of the user, who, once he/she has been admitted and has paid the registration fee and the mileage vouchers assigned (from a minimum of 200 to a maximum of 10,000), may choose the provider of the transport service, which has an agreement with the Province.

It is possible to submit the new application, as well as any reports/complaints regarding the service, via digital channels at the bottom of this page. Pending digitisation of the entire system, other applications currently remain paper-based, and can be downloaded from the forms section of this page.

• Fixed fee for admission to the service for all: 40.00 euros, which allows the acquisition of 200 kilometre vouchers;
• Variable fee: for the acquisition of kilometres in excess of the 200 minimum activation fee, the cost varies according to the ICEF;
• Additional kilometres: if the allocated kilometres are used up, it is possible to request additional kilometres at a cost of 0.50 €/km by filling out the appropriate form.

Disabled persons resident in the Province of Trento, or domiciled in the Province of Trento for work or study reasons, with certification attesting to the disability condition:

• code 05
• code 06
• code 07
• severe low vision
• total or partial blindness
• law 104/1992, art. 3, paragraph 3 (intensive support needs with severe limitation of walking ability).

The application may be submitted by the user or by the person legally representing him/her (e.g. guardian, curator, support administrator, parent in the case of minors).

Application for admission and any reports/complaints can only be submitted online, via the digital channels on this page; to access, you must have SPID, CIE or CPS/CNS.

For other applications (request for additional accompaniment, request for duplicate card, request for reimbursement of sums paid, report of out-of-province travel, request for additional kilometres) it is necessary to download and complete the forms in the forms section and send them to the administration by one of the following methods

- hand-delivery to the MuoverSi desk, which is located at the offices of the Handicrea Cooperative in Via San Martino 46 in Trento - tel. 0461/239396 (it is also possible to apply at the Handicrea Cooperative's disability desks located throughout the province, but it is advisable to call the above-mentioned number first); for all information regarding the MuoverSi service, you can write directly to muoversi@provincia.tn.it

- hand-delivery at PAT branch offices

- dispatch by postal service by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the above address.

For applications submitted via digital channels, follow the online procedure and enter the attachments required by the system; for paper applications, the attachments to be submitted with the relevant application are indicated inside each form.

New applications may be submitted from 1 January to 30 September for the current calendar year, those submitted from 1 October to 31 December will be considered for the allocation of mileage vouchers for the following calendar year.

Once the application has been completed and submitted, the user receives a letter informing him/her of the start of the procedure (by e-mail) and a second letter accepting the application.

With the letter of acceptance the user is notified of the allocated mileage vouchers. With this letter you can go to one of the Tax Assistance Centres to calculate the fee to be paid. After the payment has been made, you will be sent a notice of admission to the service with your ID card attached.

The administrative procedure is considered to be ex officio concluded if the user does not pay the fixed admission fee or the fee calculated at the CAF within 90 days from the notification of acceptance of the application.

To make the payment, it is necessary to connect to https://mypay.provincia.tn.it/pa/home.html - select 'Other payment types' - entity 'Autonomous Province of Trento' - payment type 'MUOVERSI Transport and accompaniment service'.

The payment, through PagoPa, can be made directly online or by preparing a payment notice that can be paid at bank counters, Sisal and Lottomatica circuits (tobacconists) or at other PagoPa-enabled counters.
