Description
Persons who have obtained the title of Master Craftsman may apply for authorisation to use the specific trade mark. Once granted, the granting of the trade mark applies both to the Master Craftsman and to the enterprise in which he works, on condition that
- the enterprise is registered in the Register of Craftsmen Enterprises;
- the Master Craftsman carries out his activity in that enterprise as partner, owner or family collaborator;
- the mark is used to distinguish the authorised products and services indicated in the concession of use and pertaining to the sector of activity for which the Master Craftsman has obtained the qualification.
The concession is of unlimited duration subject to
- revocation by the Public Administration
- renunciation by the interested party.
The interested party has the right to request the modification of the existing concession of use.

The grantee must be enrolled in the List of Master Craftsmen
