The PAGOPA code associated with the tariff

• for issue of repeater plates T025 "Yellow repeater plates format A and B";

• complete form TT2119 signed by the holder of the vehicle;
• copy of the registration certificate
• copy of a valid identification document;
• receipt of payment made through PAGOPA;
• proxy in the cases provided for.
