Description
The private organisations identified through the Call for Proposals deliver, in collaboration with the Job Centres, the active labour market policies set out in the Provincial Plan for the implementation of the GOL programme.
The individual is assessed by a staff member at the Job Centre and, following this assessment, receives a Voucher that can be redeemed with one of the organisations identified through the Call for Proposals. Based on this profiling, the individual will be able to access one or more active labour market services (specialist guidance, support in finding work, placement in a work placement, and matching supply and demand), with a view to providing a personalised response to their employment needs.
These activities are funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – GOL Programme ‘Workers’ Employability Guarantee’, Mission 5 ‘Inclusion and Cohesion’, Component 1 ‘Labour Policies’, Reform 1.1 ‘Active Labour Market Policies and Training’.
