Grants to associations working for the protection of pets

Associations that work for the protection of pets in the province (this purpose must be expressly stated in the statutes or contract of the association) and have an office in the province or have established at least one branch office there

Submit to the competent provincial department, between 1 January and 31 January of each year, an application for a contribution for the activity to be carried out during that year. The application may include one or more initiatives. It must be accompanied by a declaration certifying that the requirements set out in Provincial Law no. 4 of 28 March 2012 and Provincial Council Resolution no. 1169 of 14 July 2014 are met, a copy of the minutes of the members' meeting at which the president was instructed to submit the application for a grant and to receipt any sums paid out, and a detailed list of the expenses to which the application refers and the income that the association expects to collect.
In the event the application refers to the custody and care of pets, attach a report detailing the activities for which the grant is requested and the manner in which the activities will be carried out.
In the event that the application refers to activities of census and assistance of feline colonies, attach a detailed report indicating the activities to be carried out and the specific feline colonies to be assisted.
In the event that the application refers to study and dissemination activities for the promotion of knowledge of issues related to the correct coexistence between man and animal in urban areas, attach a detailed report identifying the objectives of the study and dissemination activities, the subjects involved in the activities, the curricula of the subjects themselves, the times and ways in which the activities will be carried out and the indication of any possible element that will allow a correct evaluation of the activities themselves.

- a copy of the minutes of the members' meeting at which the chairman was instructed to submit the application for a contribution and to receipt any sum paid;

-(if the application relates to activities for the care and assistance of pets) a report detailing the activities for which the grant will be awarded and the manner in which the activities will be carried out;

- (in thecase the application refers to theactivities of census and assistance of feline colonies) a detailed report indicating the activities to be carried out and the specific feline colonies to be assisted;

-(in the event that the application refers to study and dissemination activities for the promotion of knowledge of issues related to the correct coexistence between man and animal in urban areas) a detailed report identifying the objectives of the study and dissemination activities, the subjects involved in the activities, the curricula of the subjects themselves, the times and ways in which the activities will be carried out and the indication of any possible element that will allow a correct evaluation of the activities

- a detailed list of the expenses to which the grant application relates and the income that the Association expects to collect

- information on the processing of personal data duly signed pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;

- photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).
