Description

It is a contribution for the promotion and support of amateur sports activities of young athletes aged between 5 years - completed on the date of the opening of their membership as established by the regulations of the federation/sports promotion body/associated sports discipline to which they belong - and not over 18 years of age on the date of the closing of their membership. No age limit is set for athletes with disabilities.

The contribution is granted to the extent established annually, in an amount not exceeding 50 euros, with the first resolution for the allocation of resources by the Provincial Council for each athlete. The amount is doubled in the case of athletes with disabilities.

The contribution is provided for in Article 16, paragraph 2 of Provincial Law 21 April 2016, no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

Restrictions

The application for the grant and payment of the contribution must relate to the last completed sporting season. The sport season is the one established by the regulations approved by the relevant sports federation / sports promotion body / associated sports discipline and may coincide with the calendar year as well as straddle two years.

The application must refer exclusively to registered athletes who carry out amateur activities for no less than 6 continuous months during the sport season. Athletes engaged in amateur activities are excluded.

Only athletes who have reached the age of 5 years on the date of the opening of their membership as laid down in the federal regulations and who have not exceeded the age of 18 years on the date of the closing of their membership as laid down in the federal regulations are admitted. No age limit is set for athletes with disabilities.

Grants are awarded in chronological order of application submission.

Who it's for

Amateur sports associations and clubs that:
(a) are registered in the national register of amateur sports activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting the sport in the youth sectors as defined and regulated by the relevant FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or CIP.

Committees, delegations or provincial sections of the national sports federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur sector, on behalf of all or part of their affiliated sports associations and clubs.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

List in PDF and spreadsheet format (.xls or .xlss. or .ods) - stamped and signed by their federation, associated sporting discipline, sports promotion body, well-deserving association - indicating the fiscal code and date of birth of the athletes aged between 5 and 18 years and of those with disabilities who carry out the activity for no less than 6 continuous months during the sporting season.
3. Declaration of their federation, associated sporting discipline, sports promotion body, well-deserving association, indicating the date of the official opening and closing of the membership in accordance with the regulations in force.
4. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
Provincial committees/delegations of federations, associated sports disciplines, sports promotion bodies
1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. List in PDF and spreadsheet format (.xls or .xlss. or .ods) - stamped and signed - broken down by individual affiliated sports associations/companies, indicating the fiscal code and date of birth of the athletes aged between 5 and 18 years and of those with disabilities who carry out the activity for no less than 6 continuous months during the sport season.
3. Declaration indicating the official opening and closing date of the membership in accordance with the regulations in force.
4. Proxy for the submission of the application and collection of the relevant contribution, signed by each beneficiary association/sports club.
5. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.

Maximum no. of waiting days

The 90-day period for the conclusion of the procedure starts on the day following the submission of the application. If additional documentation is requested, the time limit for the procedure is suspended until it is received.
