Grants for professional sport and top-flight sport (advance payment)

The advance payment is made up to 70 per cent of the grant awarded once the grant decision has become final, subject to a request and the provision of a bank guarantee for the same amount in favour of the provincial administration or an insurance policy issued by a leading insurance company.

The grant is provided for under Article 17 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, the “2016 Provincial Law on Sport”.

Sports associations and clubs, including those incorporated as public limited companies or limited liability companies, registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, which carry out professional activities recognised by CONI, and to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial authority responsible for sport.

Sports associations and clubs, registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities, which carry out non-professional activities and participate in the top-tier national leagues, to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial sports authority.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted using the editable form provided by the local authority and sent as a static PDF or JPG file to the certified email addressserv.sport@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. An application form completed in full, dated and signed.
2. The original bank guarantee for the same amount in favour of the Autonomous Province of Trento, or the insurance policy issued by a leading insurance company.
3. Information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
4. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document, if the application is signed by hand on a scanned document and not in the presence of the relevant official.

The application for repayment of the advance may only be submitted once the decision granting the subsidy has been registered.
