Grants for local tourist associations

Grants may be awarded to local tourist associations listed on the relevant register established by the provincial department responsible for tourism, for the purpose of carrying out the following activities:

• promoting the locality’s natural, cultural and historical resources, including through the organisation of supra-local events consistent with the tourism marketing activities carried out by the APTs;
• organising local tourist entertainment activities, such as initiatives of tourist, recreational, sporting and cultural interest;
• other local activities aimed at fostering the development of a culture of hospitality towards tourists.

Local tourist associations registered on the relevant list drawn up by the provincial department responsible for tourism.

The application must be submitted by the association’s legal representative.

Applications for grants, advance payments and final payments must be submitted digitally via the dedicated platform by clicking on the relevant links.

Applications for funding must be submitted via the digital channel set out below.

Claims for payment relating to activities in 2025 must be submitted via the digital channel listed below.

Applications for funding must be submitted between 1 October and 30 November for activities planned for the following year.

The application for payment of the balance, for the year 2025, must be received by 31 December of the year following that in which the funded activities took place. 

The application for payment of the balance relating to activities carried out in 2026 must be received by 30 June 2027.

It is possible to apply for an advance payment of the grant, amounting to 40 per cent of the funding awarded, within six months of the grant award decision becoming final.
