Grants for local sports facilities (payment of instalments)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have been awarded a grant for works and projects relating to the construction, renovation, extension or improvement of local sports facilities, which must be fully functional and ready for use following the completion of the works.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial department responsible for sport.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The grant application must be submitted using the editable form provided by the local authority and sent as a static PDF or JPG file to the certified email addressserv.impiantiemontagna@pec.provincia.tn.it.

FIRST INSTALMENT
1. Application form, completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Declaration by the site manager regarding the commencement of works.
4. A bank guarantee or insurance policy issued in favour of the Provincial Administration by a leading insurance company for an amount equal to 40 per cent of the grant awarded, to guarantee the sum to be paid out.
5. Declaration by the president of the sports association certifying that the works have been awarded in accordance with public works legislation.

SECOND ADVANCE PAYMENT
1. Application form, completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. Certification from the site manager confirming that at least 80 per cent of the works and supplies have been completed.

The grant awarded may be paid in advance in two instalments, up to a maximum of 80 per cent, as set out below:
- 40% once work has commenced;
- 40 per cent once work has progressed to at least 80 per cent of the planned works and supplies.
