Grants for local sports facilities (final payment)

This is the application submitted by sports associations or clubs that have been awarded a grant for works and projects relating to the construction, renovation, extension and improvement of local sports facilities, which must be fully functional and fit for use following the completion of the works.

The final payment is granted up to the amount of the grant awarded and any advance payments already made.

The grant is provided for under Article 33 of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016, the “2016 Provincial Law on Sport”.

Sports associations and clubs to which the requested grant has been awarded by decision of the head of the provincial department responsible for sport.

The application must be submitted by the organisation’s chairperson.

The application for payment of the contribution must be submitted using the editable form provided by the administration and sent from the applicant’s certified email account to the certified email address serv.impiantiemontagna@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. An application form completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
3. A photocopy of the applicant’s identity document if the application is signed by hand on a scanned document. The identity document is not required if the signature is in digital or qualified electronic format.

4A. For works with an eligible cost of up to 155,000 euros:
- a declaration in lieu of an affidavit concerning the proper execution of the works, the completion of the works with an indication of the relevant date, and a statement of the total expenditure incurred with an indication of the date of payment;
- an extract from the minutes of the board of directors’ meeting of the sports association/club approving the final accounts, stating the total amount of expenditure for which payment has been received and acknowledging the condition that the facility must be used for sporting purposes for a period of fifteen years from the date of completion of the works;
If not already provided as an annex to the detailed design:
- acknowledgement of the restriction and a commitment to maintain the facility’s designation for sporting use, also on the part of the owner of the property subject to the works; where the property is privately owned but held by the local authority, a similar acknowledgement of the restriction and a commitment to maintain the facility’s designation for sporting use on the part of the local authority.

4B. For works with an eligible cost exceeding 155,000 euros:
- a certified survey as referred to in Article 6(2) or Article 7(1)(c) of the General Planning Decree No. 9-27/Leg of 5 June 2000, as amended

4C. As an alternative to the annexes referred to in points 4A and 4B above:
- a certificate from the Project Manager confirming the completion of the works;
- a report by the Project Manager on the works carried out;
- a certificate attesting to the proper execution of the works in accordance with the project approved for funding, signed by the Project Manager or a qualified technician;
- final accounts with accompanying explanatory drawings, signed by the Project Manager or a qualified technician;
- original invoices (which will be returned once verification has been completed) together with the relevant receipt certifying that the expenditure has been incurred;
- a list of invoices supporting the final accounts, including identifying details, total amounts and the details of the relevant receipt;
- an extract from the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting of the sports association/club approving the final accounts, also indicating the total amount of the expenditure for which receipts have been provided and acknowledging the condition that the facility must be used for sporting purposes for a period of fifteen years from the date of completion of the works;
If not already provided as an annex to the detailed design:
- an acknowledgement of the restriction and a commitment to maintain the facility’s designation for sporting use, also on the part of the owner of the property subject to the works; where the property is privately owned but held by the local authority, a similar acknowledgement of the restriction and a commitment to maintain the facility’s designation for sporting use on the part of the local authority.
