Grants for cultural activities implemented in agreement

Cultural activities implemented in agreement with the Autonomous Province of Trento may be carried out with the benefit of a specific grant.

Conventions are the instrument by which the Province ensures the availability of cultural services and qualified and continuous interventions, agreeing with the proposing subjects on the contents and organisational methods of the activities. They may be stipulated for

• implement cultural initiatives and events of provincial importance in the arts and entertainment sector;
• guarantee and enhance pluralism in the field of studies and historical research, supporting in particular the activities of the Società di studi trentini di scienze storiche (Trento Society for Historical Studies)
• support specialised and conservation libraries of private subjects;
• support museum institutions.

Applications may be submitted from 2 to 30 November of the year preceding the year to which they relate.

Applications may be submitted by non-profit cultural subjects, qualified under Article 16 of Provincial Law 15/2007, having their legal or operational seat in Trentino (Federations of cultural associations, Trentino historical sciences study societies, cultural organisations for historical research, as provided for by Article 9(2) of Provincial Law no. 15 of 3 October 2007)

The application form can be submitted using one of the following channels

• direct delivery to the competent provincial structure or to the public assistance and information desks of the Province
• by postal mail by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; the date of the postmark of the accepting post office shall be considered the date of admission;
• by fax to the number of the competent provincial structure;
• by e-mail to the certified mailbox serv.attcult@pec.provincia.tn.it.

- photocopy of an identity document of the legal representative (in the case of an application signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge)
