Grants for citizenship sports projects for all (advance payment)

This is the application submitted by sports organisations that have obtained the grant to support year-long projects aimed at improving the conditions of access, encouraging the participation of all citizens and increasing the number of people - including those with physical, intellectual and sensory disabilities - who take part in motor, sporting and playing activities.

The advance payment is recognised to the extent of up to 50% of the contribution granted within the limit of the expenses actually incurred up to the time the application is submitted.

The contribution is provided for in Article 21(1)(a) of Provincial Law No. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

CUP
Invoices relating to the acquisition of goods and services that are the subject of public incentives for productive activities, disbursed for any reason and in any form by a Public Administration, including through other public or private entities, or in any way traceable to them, must contain the unique project code (CUP), indicated in the deed of grant or communicated at the time of the assignment of the incentive itself or at the time of the request for the same. This obligation is introduced in Article 5, paragraph 6 of Decree-Law No. 13 of 24 February 2023 - converted by Law No. 41 of 21 April 2023 and amended by Law No. 213 of 30 December 2023.
The operational indications concerning the application of the CUP are set out in Annex A to Provincial Council Resolution No. 728 of 23 May 2024.

Provincial committees, delegations or sections of national sports federations, sports promotion bodies and associated sports disciplines, recognised by CONI or CIP and operating at provincial level in the amateur sector - or their affiliated and delegated sports associations or clubs as project leaders.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. List of expenditure documents on prepared form, either in PDF or spreadsheet format, dated and signed.
3. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
4. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature on a scanned document and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

An application for an advance payment may only be submitted after the start of the project activities, up to a maximum of 50% of the grant awarded and within the limit of the expenses incurred up to that time.
