Grant to the Trentino Federation of Local Tourist Associations

The grant is awarded to the Trentino Federation of Local Tourist Associations to enable it to carry out activities relating to the representation, support, protection and coordination of its member organisations.

Applications must be received by 30 November for activities planned for the following year.

The application must be submitted by the federation’s legal representative

Applications must be submitted by completing the relevant form and sending it in one of the following ways:

1. by hand at the Tourism Service or at the Province’s public assistance and information desks;
2. electronically to the Tourism Service’s certified email address, attaching:

• a digitally signed form;
  or
• a hand-signed form, attaching proof of identity;

• Explanatory report on the planned activities and the related revenue and expenditure
• Data Protection

If the application is submitted by post or fax, a copy of the applicant’s valid identity document must be enclosed.

The 120-day period for a response begins on the day following the deadline for submitting applications.

Once the grant has been awarded, it is possible to request an advance payment, equal to 80 per cent of the grant awarded; the balance must be claimed by 31 December of the year following that in which the grant was awarded.
