Grant for company training projects - Int. 5.1.4B_bis

It is a contribution for professional development and refresher training courses that pursue the following aims

• development of the professional skills of the workforce involved in production processes;
• increase in the qualitative profiles of human capital, thus supporting the increase in factor productivity and the strengthening of business competitiveness;
• dissemination of the practice of continuous training activities in the local production system;
• coherence between areas of expertise/training investment for employees and areas of specialisation on which the local development strategy is based;
• improvement of the health and safety of workers in the workplace, with additional content with respect to the obligations laid down by EU directives, national and provincial legislation on the subject;
• strengthening the skills of newly recruited workers, in order to facilitate their productive integration.

The total duration of the training intervention must be between a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 120 hours (the per capita duration may be less than 40 hours).

The training courses, from the date of the act approving the funding, must be carried out within 4 months if they provide for a duration between 40 and 80 hours and within 8 months if they provide for a duration between 81 and 120 hours.

Amount of the contribution

The maximum contribution is EUR 3,000 per participant and is payable subject to the achievement of a minimum attendance of 80% of the total number of hours envisaged.

The contribution is granted in accordance with the percentages defined and within the limits imposed by European legislation on state aid and de minimis aid: Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 "exempted" and Regulation (EU) No 2831/2023 "de minimis", Regulation (EU) No 717/2014 (de minimis in the fisheries and aquaculture sector) and Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 (de minimis in the agricultural sector).

The financing of the training intervention is granted following the positive opinion of the "Nucleo di valutazione degli interventi di formazione", which has the task of verifying the quality of the project proposals and the congruence with the aims of the Intervention, according to predefined criteria and a minimum threshold for access to financing. The training intervention can only start after the approval of the contribution by Agenzia del Lavoro.

Workers, entrepreneurs and/or partners/associates active at an operational/production site of the business located in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Fixed-term employees must have an employment contract of no less than 6 months' duration.

The application for a contribution must be completed by the employer exclusively by accessing the dedicated IT platform available below by clicking on the green button (it is necessary to have the body code and access credentials) - having previously registered for the same.

The application is formalised by submitting to Agenzia del Lavoro the forms (listed in the field "What is needed - Documents to be submitted"), which are generated by the information platform. The forms must be submitted

• to the following PEC address: formazione.adl@pec.provincia.tn.it;
• or by ordinary paper mail to the address: "Agenzia del Lavoro - Servizio attività per il lavoro, cittadini e imprese - Ufficio Formazione per l'occupazione, Via Romano Guardini, 75, 38121, Trento".

• application form, as derived from the Agenzia del Lavoro IT platform;
• the curricula vitae of the teachers, designers and course managers, signed, dated and with the privacy policy of Agenzia del Lavoro attached
• the estimates of the teachers, designers, course managers and/or appointed body, signed, dated, with the name of the appointed person, the hourly cost requested, the number of hours of activity and description thereof. The assigned tasks must be quantified in full hours;
• the single cost estimate of the training project, as derived from the Agenzia del Lavoro IT platform;
• the training project and the summary outline of the modules, as derived from the Agenzia del Lavoro IT platform;
• the forms of the training recipients, as derived from Agenzia del Lavoro's IT platform, with the privacy policy attached;
• possible communication of the training project to the company trade union representatives;
• any declaration for the recognition of VAT.
