Forest transformation and earthmoving authorisation

Transformations of the forest concern all interventions that involve the removal of tree and shrub vegetation to establish other activities (agricultural, productive, infrastructural, etc.).

Earthworks outside the forest are subject to authorisation only if they are linked to particularly significant works (ski slopes, quarries and works subject to environmental impact assessment).

CONSTRAINTS:

1. ownership of the land concerned or consent of the owners
2. urban conformity
3. hydrogeological compatibility
