Entry on the list of members of the Technical Race Commissions - CTG

An open telematic list of persons meeting the requirements of proven competence and professionalism, morality and honourableness for the selection of members of Technical Tender Committees. This list must be compulsorily used by all contracting authorities for the selection of members of technical tender commissions.
Applications may be submitted for the following sections:

• technical professions
• health professions
• professions related to services and supplies

The interested party may register at any time as the list is always open.

It is the duty of each person registered on the list to communicate promptly and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the occurrence of the event, any changes that have occurred in their identification data and/or in the possession of the requirements, by submitting a new application.

Freelancers, civil servants and employees of contracting authorities referred to in Article 5 of Provincial Law 2/2016:

1. professionals whose activity is subject to compulsory registration in orders or colleges;
2. professionals whose activity is not subject to compulsory registration in orders or colleges;
3. employees of the Contracting Administrations;
4. full professors, associate professors, researchers of Italian universities and similar positions.

Applications, in order to be included in the list, must be submitted online, by accessing the appropriate portal, authenticating oneself in accordance with the established procedures (SPID, CPS/CNS and CIE) and filling in, in compliance with the regulations in force on self-certification, the relevant form.

The registration will become effective as soon as the checks on the possession of the requirements indicated when filling in the registration form have been positively completed and the checks will be carried out by the Provincial Agency for Tenders and Contracts - APAC for the purpose of inclusion in the list itself. Since this list is always open, each new candidate will be verified and his name will be visible and therefore selectable by the Administrations concerned once the verification is completed, without further publicity.
