Entry in the list of members of PAT company supervisory bodies

For the appointment and designation of the members of the Supervisory Board in its controlled companies, the Province selects candidates from among those registered in the provincial list provided for in Article 8ter of Provincial Law No. 10 of 2010: List for the Appointments and Designations of the Members of the Supervisory Board in the Companies Controlled by the Province. The procedures for submitting applications for inclusion in the List were defined by the Provincial Council in Resolution No. 1591 of 7 September 2018. Persons in possession of the requirements indicated in the aforementioned Article 8ter and listed below may be enrolled in this List. The List is divided into two Sections, separate for the different requirements.

Individuals who meet the following two requirements:

• they have at least three years' experience, with regard to the profiles required by Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001, suitable to guarantee the effectiveness of the powers of control
• they have proven technical expertise in inspection or consultancy activities, are enrolled in the register of statutory auditors or in the professional legal order, are officials of the provincial administration or are employees of companies controlled by the Province.

In order to be included in theprovincial list for nominations and appointments of members of the supervisory bodies of companies controlled by the Province , interested parties must send an application together with a curriculum vitae - both drawn up according to the attached models - to the following address: serv.società@pec.provincia.tn.it.

• Application completed in full and bearing a revenue stamp
• Curriculum vitae in European format and signed

The application may be submitted at any time.

The List is approved by determination of the competent manager and is periodically updated. The members of the Supervisory Bodies of the companies controlled by the Province are chosen from the List when the bodies are appointed (or even when individual replacements are made).
