Entry in the List of Auditors and Provincial Officials

For the appointment and nomination of auditors and members of the boards of statutory auditors of the main provincial bodies and agencies, the Province selects candidates from among those enrolled in the Provincial List for Appointments and Appointments of Members of the Boards of Auditors of Agencies and Bodies, which is divided into two Sections, the first of which enrols auditors, the second provincial officials.

The bodies and agencies affected by this procedure were identified by Provincial Law no. 10 of 9 June 2010 and are

• instrumental bodies and agencies of the Province
• companies directly controlled by the Province
• foundations or associations in which the Province holds a dominant position or is a founding member,
• other public law bodies for which an appointment or designation by the Province is envisaged.

The procedures for submitting applications for inclusion in the List were defined by the Provincial Council in Resolution No. 1966 of 13 November 2015.

Registered auditors or officials of the provincial administration who have at least three years' experience in financial and accounting matters.

To be included in theprovincial list for nominations and appointments of members of the supervisory bodies of agencies and bodies, interested parties must send an application together with a curriculum vitae - both drawn up according to the attached models - to the following address: serv.società@pec.provincia.tn.it.

• Application completed in full and bearing a revenue stamp
• Curriculum vitae in European format and signed

The application may be submitted at any time.

The List is approved by determination of the competent manager and is periodically updated. The statutory auditors and the members of the boards of statutory auditors of the entities and agencies concerned are chosen from the List when appointing bodies (or even single replacements).
