Electric scooters - Cancellation

The service is open to all interested parties.

To submit the application you must:

1. pay the N004 fee on PagoPa. In the case of cancellation request for several identification marks it is possible to submit a cumulative request;

2. access the Portale dell'Automobilista system(click here for the link) through SPID or CIE, "Servizi Online" and "Gestione Pratiche Online", select the file "CANCELLATION OF MOTORCYCLE PASS". The reasons that can be indicated are:

• theft (requires report number and date)
• loss (requires report number and date)
• deterioration;
• voluntary cancellation.

The following documents must be uploaded

• completed and signed form:

• receipt of payment;
• photocopy of a valid identity document of the holder. In the case of non-EU citizens: copy of residence permit or long-stay card;
• if the applicant is a legal person: declaration in lieu of registration with the Chamber of Commerce (or a photocopy of the articles of association) showing the company's tax code, name and registered office. Photocopy of the legal representative's identity card;
• if the applicant is a minor, the application must be submitted and signed by the person exercising parental responsibility for the minor, enclosing a photocopy of his or her identification document;

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department will cancel the sticker.

The cancellation of the card is definitive. Following the cancellation operation, the sticker must be removed from the scooter and destroyed.
