Tr.A.In Lab - Trentino Agile Intelligente is an experimental project promoted within the framework of the 2021-2027 ESF+ Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, aimed at mapping, developing and enhancing workers' agile skills.
The initiative, approved by determination No. 12195 of 31/10/2025, will run from November 2025 to July 2026 and will be reserved, on an experimental basis, to the staff of the Departments Organisation, Personnel and Innovation and Education and Culture of the Province.
The course includes an assessment and skills development service, aimed at promoting a more flexible, collaborative and results-oriented approach to work. Each participant will be able to embark on a customised path of professional growth, a real 'training gym' in which to enhance their skills through innovative digital methodologies and tools.
The skills covered by the course are four
- Goal orientation, to work consistently with the expected results, managing time, rules and unexpected events;
- Team working, to collaborate effectively, enhancing roles and managing conflicts;
- Professional communication, to express oneself clearly and appropriately, fostering constructive relationships;
- Organisation of one's work, to manage activities and priorities while ensuring the achievement of objectives.
Tr.A.In Lab contributes to building a public administration that is more modern, efficient and attentive to organisational wellbeing, promoting a culture based on flexibility, autonomy, responsibility and collaboration.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PATHWAY
The path consists of five main stages:
- Application and access - Employees meeting the requirements submit their application in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Notice.
- Skills assessment - Participants fill in a structured questionnaire to map their initial skills level.
- Feedback and orientation - Each participant receives an individual report and participates in an interview to analyse results and orientate them towards possible development actions.
- Enhancement - the 'training gym ' - In the event of a training gap, a customised path is activated in blended mode, combining asynchronous online training (multimedia training pills) and synchronous training via interactive webinars. The course involves a maximum commitment of 16 hours and concludes with a follow-up assessment.
- Attestation and certification - At the end, a certificate of attendance is issued, which allows the participant to apply for formal certification of competences by the Public Commission, pursuant to Provincial Council Resolution no. 1392 of 19 September 2025.
