Credit support for micro-enterprises

Intervention aimed at facilitating, through the guarantee of the Province, the financing of micro-enterprises in Trentino - by the guarantee bodies Confidi Trentino Imprese and Cooperfidi - to support the costs of electricity and gas bills, for the realisation of investments in renewable sources and in the reduction of energy consumption.

Some characteristics of the loan

• loan for a maximum duration of 96 months (8 years) with amortisation in quarterly instalments due on the 15th day of January, April, July and October;
• pre-amortisation of 12 months and in any case when the first instalment is due;
• possibility of early repayment of the loan without the application of penalties;
• fixed rate for the entire duration of the loan.

The maximum amount of the loan, depending on the power committed in KW/H, will be

• € 10,000 up to and including 10 KW/H;
• € 20,000 up to 20 KW/H (inclusive);
• € 25,000 up to and including 50 KW/H.

The minimum amount of financing is € 5,000.

Active micro-enterprises with registered office or operational unit in Trentino - members of Confidi Trentino Imprese or Cooperfidi - that in 2019 recorded an incidence of energy and gas bills costs on their total business costs equal to or greater than 2%. New enterprises must self-declare that the cost for energy and gas bills is equal to or exceeds 5% of their total costs.

Excluded are:

• companies in bankruptcy proceedings or in voluntary liquidation;
• agricultural enterprises;
• companies in non-performing status and companies showing overdrafts greater than 5% of the credit facility for cash credits persisting for more than 90 days as per Central Risks data at the date of application;
• companies that have activated the financing line under the Energy Protocol (go to the Energy Protocol fact sheet ). The activation of the financing with the guarantee institution is incompatible with the activation of financing under the Energy Protocol.

Application Submission

Applications can be submitted directly to the guarantee institution concerned by 31/12/2023 according to the instructions provided by the institution.
