Description
Professional development and skills-upgrading training courses designed to facilitate the entry into the labour market of unemployed or furloughed individuals, through short-term training programmes. These are 60-hour courses leading to the award of certificates recognising the learning achieved, in the areas of IT, the Italian language and entrepreneurship.
These courses are funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – GOL Programme ‘Workers’ Employability Guarantee’, Mission 5 ‘Inclusion and Cohesion’, Component 1 ‘Labour Policies’, Reform 1.1 ‘Active Labour Market Policies and Training’.
The courses last approximately two weeks and start on the third Monday of each month; they also include individualised training sessions and training in small groups.
The courses available for enrolment are as follows:
1. IT COURSES
- Digital literacy
- Basic IT skills for front-office work
- Advanced IT skills for office administration Advanced office automation
- Digital skills for citizens in the 4.0 era
- Software for administration, project management and team management
- Digital skills for warehouse management
2. Language courses
- Italian language literacy and learning: elementary level
- Italian language learning: intermediate level
3. COURSES in the entrepreneurship area
- Would you like to become an entrepreneur? Business plans and strategies for businesses: internationalisation and product and process innovation.
Restrictions
Access to training courses is subject to the outcome of a profiling and assessment exercise carried out by a member of staff at the Job Centre, which serves to define the individual’s profile. Thanks to this profiling, the individual will be able to agree on the course best suited to their needs and training requirements.
