Contributions to the CIP Provincial Committee (liquidation)

This is the application submitted by the Trento Provincial Committee of the CIP, which has obtained the contribution for the implementation of projects aimed at supporting support, coordination and promotion services in the sports activities organised in the provincial territory.

The contribution is recognised to the extent of 70% of the eligible expenditure and, in any case, within the limit of the amount granted and the reported deficit, taking into account the body's own resources deriving from allocations from the national CIP and from revenues of any other nature.

The contribution is provided for by Article 37, paragraph 3 of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016".

The application for payment must be submitted by 30 April of the year following the year in which the activities are carried out.

The applicant must have previously submitted an application for a contribution and the contribution must have been granted to him/her by order of the Director of the Tourism and Sport Service.

Trento Provincial Committee of the Italian Paralympic Committee to which the requested grant was awarded by order of the Head of the Tourism and Sport Service.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application for the grant must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Final report, dated and signed.
3. Final financial plan, dated and signed.
4. Copy of the decision of the competent body approving the statement of ascertained revenue and committed expenditure containing the description of the activity carried out with respect to the planned activity, pursuant to Article 3 of the Decree of the President of the Provincial Council of 5 June 2000, no. 9-27/Leg and subsequent modifications "Regulation concerning the methods and terms for reporting and verification of the activities, interventions and works as well as purchases facilitated by the Province".
5. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge.

The application for settlement must be submitted by 30 April of the year following the year in which the activities were carried out.

The payment of the grant awarded is made upon conclusion of the preliminary examination of the documentation submitted, with a payment order to the bank account indicated in the application.

In the event that additional documentation is requested, the term of the procedure remains suspended until the receipt thereof.
